RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements
We only accept returns for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from signs of use, wear, stains, or damage

Custom-Printed Items
All our products are printed on demand. If your item arrives with a printing defect, wrong design, wrong size, or any manufacturing error on our part, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — just contact us with a photo.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at support@studko.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for a prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack the item securely with original packaging
5. Ship the item back using the provided label

Return Shipping
Return shipping labels are provided free of charge. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. Simply use the prepaid label we provide.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved: Refund is processed within 5 business days
- Refund is issued to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items must meet our condition requirements to qualify for a refund. If an item does not meet these standards, it will be returned to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned (unless defective):
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items with damage caused by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund at your request.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item was purchased on sale, the refund amount will be the sale price paid.
